The road has been long and hard for this ol' cowboy, but he paces onward across the dusty plain. Carved by his own grit and determination, the path leads on... through the dust, past the bones of those who didn't make it, and towards the proverbial never ending sunset. The cowboy's tired. Not sure he can keep it up anymore....... His time has run out.......... So he quits pretending and turns back! Time to take his giddy-up horse back to the stall cause the trail ride's over. He changes out of his rental coveralls, puts his skinny jeans and vintage Western shirt he scored off eBay back on, and slaps on the ol' blue light glasses to head to the coffee shop for a turmeric mylk latte and to watch some Western Spaghettis. He's going to plan a DOPE John Wayne tattoo today.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the item, or items, back to American Honey Mercantile at your expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within seventy-two hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
Refunds will be in the form of store credit through an American Honey Mercantile Gift Card.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a digital American Honey Mercantile Gift Card for the amount of the item purchased plus taxes for that item.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your American Honey Mercantile Gift Card, please contact us at amhoneymerc@icloud.com or 731-407-4509.
