Mix season packet with 3 sticks of butter and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat stirring frequently. In separate stock pot bring 4 cups milk to a boil. Add grits packet and cook until completely done. Add 2 cups heavy whipping cream to the grits, and stir. Salt and pepper to taste. While grits are cooking saute 2lbs. of medium peeled and deveined shrimp in butter and spices. Ladle shrimp and butter over creamy grits.
